A Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Items in stock will ship within 1- 3 business days.

QWhat if I refuse delivery?
A Packages that are refused, and any not received due to negligence of the customer- including the wrong address given, will be refunded once we have received the item back at our warehouse. Shipping charges to and from the destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes, will be deducted from the refund
Q Can I return my product for an exchange?
A Products can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition to qualify for an exchange. Any signs of damage or usage will void an exchange.
Products must be returned with original packaging and pieces.

If you have received a defective product we are only able to exchange for the same product you ordered, with the same specifications you selected at checkout or any changes made before your product was shipped.
Exchanges are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. All return and reshipping costs will be a responsibility for the customer.
Restocking and return fees will not be applied to products that are genuinely defective on arrival.
EU buyers are not eligible for exchanges.

Q I placed an order but have changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
A We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. For this reason, we are only able to give a small window of 2 hours where you can cancel your order. If you find you would like to cancel your order after this time period we will do our best to assist you if it is possible.
Please contact us to request a cancellation and our customer service team will get back with you as soon as possible.
If we are unable to cancel your item please follow the return process for your item.
Items that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Q How long is my warranty?
A All of our products have a 90-day warranty.
Q What does the warranty cover?
A Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will assist you.
Q What is not covered in the warranty?
A We do not cover natural aging, daily wear & tear, misuse of product, or accidental damage. Purchases made from an unauthorized 3rd party sellers or online auction sites are not applicable for warranty.
Leather Information
Q How do I care for my leather?
A We recommend using a leather cleaner and conditioner before use and every 4-6 weeks to keep your leather in great condition. If your leather gets wet, make use to let it dry completely before using it again.
Q My does my leather not look exactly the same?
A Leather is a natural material, While your product is made from the same hide of leather, not all products are made from the same hide. It is normal to have variations between leathers.
Q Why does my leather scratch so easily?
A This is a normal occurrence for some leathers. The scratches you see are actually the natural grain being moved in a different direction than its normal state.
These marks can be buffed out with a soft cloth and leather conditioner. However, we recommend you leave these marks as they are. Daily use will naturally buff them out. Over time these marks contribute to the character of your leather. This is a sign of a well-loved leather creating a beautiful patina that is unique to yours.
Q Is your metal Nickle free?
A Our metal was made from 316L Stainless steel otherwise known as surgical steel. It is low Nickel steel which has 8-10.5 percent Nickel and is considered hypoallergenic for those who are not hypersensitive to nickel. 316L Stainless steel passes EU directives on Nickel ion migration, which states the material has to leach less than 0.2 µg/cm2/week for post assemblies.
