• Processing for orders takes 1-2 days
• Processing for custom and or personalized items may take 4-6 days.
• Shipping times vary according to the chosen carrier, type, and location. Given shipping times are only estimates.
• When free shipping is applicable on orders no cost of shipping will be charged.
• When shipping other than free standard shipping is chosen the charge will reflect the cost of the chosen carrier and the shipping method.
• Shipping charges are not refundable (except where applicable in the refund policy).
• Bemfey assumes that the shipping address provided on the order when placed is the correct address. If a change of address is required the customer must notify Bemfey within 2 hours of the placement of the order.
• Customers are responsible for all customs charges according to their Country's laws and regulations. Bemfey will value shipments at the actual value of the purchase.
• Bemfey is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Refund Policy

• Buyer must initiate contact within 7 days of receipt. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. 
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Items bought on a quantity-based coupon will require all items to be returned in the original condition to receive a full refund.
• All returns have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
• Any shipping cost paid will not be refunded.
• Gift Wrapping will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 2 hours without giving any reason.
• Items that are custom made and/or personalized as requested by the Consumer are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or withdrawal.
• Orders which have already been shipped cannot be canceled for any reason.
